Lilian was in the right place at the right time and the right person to accompany me, among other things, during my lengthy process of naturalization. Of course, I should deal with it more deeply, but it was also very painful, especially since the authorities kept asking me personal and renewed questions, sometimes so complicated that I was completely overwhelmed and much too emotional that I could hardly understand the facts could look at things more factually and objectively and work my way into something.
Lilian was and stood by my side and was able to adequately argue and neutralize with her factual and professional manner and her pragmatic thinking.
She sweetened this seriousness with a pinch of humor and went through everything strategically and constructively with me from point to point. So in the end we only had to smile about this difficult topic. I was very relieved about that and I was aware that from then on I would reach my goal and that was the case.
